Scott Corrales of Inexplicata: The Journal of Hispanic Ufology (and also a regular contributor to FATE), takes us to Central and South America where the world of the paranormal is vibrant, robust, constantly evolving, and often much different than the paranormal sphere familiar to most in the English speaking world.
