Ruben Uriarte is Northern California coordinator for MUFON and author of Mexico's Roswell: The Chihuahua UFO Crash. Uriarte has investigated many unusual paranormal events and here he details a UFO encounter that took place on the Texas-Mexico border that was seen by a number of U.S. Airforce personnel. Col.
